Group Cohorts
"The sangha is a community where there should be harmony and peace and understanding. That is something created by our daily life together. If love is there in the community, if we've been nourished by the harmony in the community, then we will never move away from love" - Thich Nhat Hanh
Magic in Connection
In the realm of group cohorts and the profound connections found within the sangha of yoga, I am committed to fostering personal growth and community well-being. My mission is to facilitate transformative experiences that allow individuals to thrive, grow, and create positive change within their interconnected circles.

Group cohorts, rooted in mindfulness, mirror neurons, and co-regulation, are the pillars of my passion and purpose. I believe deeply in the power of collective support and shared wisdom to unlock the potential within each individual, nurturing personal and communal growth. Just as youth work is a calling for some, guiding a sangha toward self-discovery and holistic well-being is my dedicated path.

Through the exploration of mirror neurons, we discover the profound impact of empathetic connections within a group, fostering empathy, understanding, and unity. Co-regulation within the community enables us to navigate life's challenges with resilience and grace, much like the principles of yoga. Together, we weave a tapestry of empowerment, creativity, and holistic well-being that benefits both the individual and the greater community.

I am passionate about guiding individuals within group cohorts on their journey of self-discovery, helping them unlock their full potential, and witnessing the positive ripple effect they create within their sangha and beyond.
